    Carolina Center For Recovery located in Charlotte North Carolina is by far the best addiction treatment center in all of the Carolina’s. Their facility is on a 30 acre estate and it’s clear their treatment team is professional and committed to providing great care in a high end setting. They also accept most insurance plans and are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and many more.

Carolina Center for Recovery's alumni and aftercare programming provides ongoing support for adults 18 and over who have completed addiction treatment. Programming includes weekly Friday open alumni meetings, monthly virtual meetings, quarterly gatherings, and an annual community event.

Carolina Center for Recovery’s alumni program is open to adults who have completed any level of care including medical detox, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, or outpatient programming.

Alumni meetings and events are structured to address real challenges that arise after treatment ends. Programming covers ongoing clinical content, co-occurring mental health condition maintenance, and life-transition support for those in both early and sustained recovery.

Unlike active levels of care, alumni programming shifts the focus from clinical intervention to community. The emphasis is on peer connection, relapse prevention, and applying long-term recovery skills in everyday life.

There are no deadlines or discharge dates in alumni program. Participation is open-ended, allowing alumni to engage at whatever level fits their recovery journey.
