Common questions

Questions families ask

How often will I get to speak with my loved one?
A "safe call" on arrival lets you know they've arrived safely, then calls of up to 15 minutes — generally about two days per week — once your loved one has stabilized through detox.
When will I hear from the treatment team?
Our clinical team contacts the emergency contact within the first 24 hours, and the primary counselor follows up around day 4. Case management, aftercare, and nursing reach out as needed.
What if I don't hear anything for a few days?
Generally, no news is good news — it usually means your loved one is settling in and on track. You can always call our team with questions.
Can I add money for my loved one's expenses?
Yes — after detox, each client receives a monitored TRULINK debit card for approved items, and families receive a link to become "family funders" and add money.
