His leadership ensures that clinical services remain evidence-based, structured, and responsive to the complex needs of clients entering treatment.

Randy is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) and Certified Clinical Supervisor-Intern (CSI). Throughout his career, he has focused on integrated treatment models that address substance use disorders alongside co-occurring psychiatric conditions, family dynamics, and reintegration planning.
