Residential treatment addresses substance use disorders as the primary diagnosis, including alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, cocaine use disorder, benzodiazepine dependence, and cannabis use disorder. Residential treatment also addresses co-occurring major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance-induced mood disorders. The medical team continues protocols established in detox, including high-dose methadone management up to 100 mg when clinically indicated.

Residential programming includes daily group therapy, weekly individual sessions, psychiatric medication management, daily yoga delivered by a certified yoga therapist, and Reiki therapy. Most clients step down to Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) once acute clinical stabilization is achieved.
